Sublocade is an opioid used to treat opioid use disorder, acute pain, and chronic pain. Can be used sublingually, buccal administration, by injection, as a transdermal, or as an implant.
I led the overall design direction by equipping the creative team with a comprehensive set of foundational assets for every phase of the campaign build. This included detailed print and digital color breakdowns, templated ratio and size guides for multi-format deployment, curated imagery libraries, and clearly defined photographic treatments encompassing tone, contrast, and color adjustments. By establishing this creative infrastructure upfront, I ensured that the entire team — from junior designers to senior art directors — could execute work that felt unified, intentional, and aligned with the campaign’s overarching visual identity.
A critical part of my leadership involved allocating resources strategically based on the unique demands, timelines, and complexity of each project. I partnered closely with producers, project managers, and department leads to distribute workload appropriately, balancing efficiency with quality. This approach ensured that each deliverable received the right skill sets at the right time and that the broader team remained supported, organized, and focused.
In every interaction — whether internal collaborations or client-facing discussions — I approached people and situations with honesty, integrity, and humility. Maintaining an environment grounded in respect and openness allowed for more productive creative dialogue, smoother problem-solving, and a sense of trust that strengthened team relationships. I believe that leadership is demonstrated not just through decisions, but through presence and tone, and I worked intentionally to model a collaborative and empathetic approach.
With clients, I consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of their marketing challenges, business pressures, and strategic goals. I listened closely, asked the right questions, and responded with thoughtful, tailored solutions that balanced creative ambition with practical needs. By articulating both the creative rationale and the strategic impact behind our recommendations, I positioned the work not just as aesthetically strong, but as an answer to the client’s broader objectives. This responsiveness and strategic alignment helped build trust and reinforced our role as true creative partners rather than simply executors.
