The RUNDOWN

From 2006 through 2025, my creative life unfolded between two major cultural capitals — Los Angeles and New York City. Splitting my time between these cities not only shaped my worldview but deeply influenced the breadth and versatility of the branding work I was commissioned to create during those years. Each coast had its own rhythm, its own energy, its own set of industry expectations — and designing within those parallel ecosystems pushed me to develop identities that were not just visually compelling, but strategically forward-looking and rooted in the cultural moments surrounding them.


Across nearly two decades, I was contracted by a wide range of clients — from emerging entrepreneurs to established agencies to Fortune-level brands — to build visual identities that communicated clarity, purpose, and aspiration. Some assignments required distilling the highly regulated world of pharmaceutical branding into systems that felt trustworthy and human. Others tapped into the expressiveness of lifestyle, beauty, and wellness, where tone, typography, and emotion carried as much weight as strategy. And some demanded flexible, minimalist marks built for scalability in digital environments long before “responsive branding” became part of the mainstream design lexicon.


These projects became a kind of creative archive for me — snapshots of who I was professionally at that moment, and reflections of the industry trends, cultural shifts, and design philosophies shaping that particular time. They also reinforced one of my core strengths as a designer and creative director: the ability to understand the deeper DNA of a brand and express it in a mark that can evolve, endure, and communicate instinctively.

Each one represents not just a successful deliverable, but a snapshot of the era, the collaboration, and the creative intention behind it.
